OMA Half-Year Revenue Results for 2023

We have often heard speculation that Out of Home (OOH) advertising isn’t as sought after or effective as the likes of targeted, in-home advertising (e.g. eDMs or TVCs).

Well, the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) would beg to differ.

According to their Half Year Revenue Results for 2023, the OOH industry’s half-year net media revenue is sitting at $543.5 million, an increase of 11.9% from last year*.

Digital Out of Home (DOOH) accounts for 68.1% of the total net media revenue for 2023. Last year, this figure was recorded at 58.7%*.

We’ve provided some more remarkable results below, comparing 2022 to 2023 by revenue category for you to cast your eyes over.

Who says Out of Home advertising is dead? We certainly don’t.
